Of course that the cuban government with a totalitarian system had to justify Yamil’s incarceration with something so ridiculous like illegal entry with his visa updated until almost 2013. Also charged with an illegal weapon when he never even touched it, much less was it carried out of the boat. It’s pretty clear that the boat flying the US flag is considered U.S. territory under International law. This is just plain bullshit!!!!
